Kickin’ Crab provides high chairs as a courtesy for families with young children. The safety of your child is extremely important to us, and we ask all guests to review the following guidelines before use:

1. Adult Supervision Required

   Children must be supervised at all times while seated in a high chair. Kickin’ Crab is not responsible for supervising children.

2. Proper Use Only

   High chairs should be used only as intended. Children should be securely fastened using the provided safety straps, and high chairs must not be moved, stacked, or altered.

3. Placement of High Chairs

   Please ensure the high chair is stable and positioned away from aisles, doorways, sharp corners, or uneven surfaces. Do not place high chairs on top of other chairs, benches, or elevated areas.

4. Condition of Equipment

   If you notice any damage or instability, please notify a staff member before use. Do not use a high chair that appears compromised.

5. Assumption of Risk

   By using a high chair, parents and guardians acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for their child’s safety and agree that Kickin’ Crab is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or unforeseen accidents.
