The Kickin’ Crab Announces Effective California Franchise Registration
GARDEN GROVE, Calif., October 8, 2026 — The Kickin’ Crab, LLC announced today that its franchise registration with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) is now effective. DFPI issued its Order of Effectiveness on October 8, 2026, following the company’s application filed on March 31, 2026 (No. APP00004467).
The company thanks its operators for their support throughout the registration process, especially those who provided affidavits supporting the application. Their loyalty to the brand, dedication to their restaurants, and patience helped make this milestone possible.
